Tallytics provides privacy-first web analytics as a managed service. Each paid customer receives a dedicated, isolated analytics instance deployed on EU infrastructure. Free tier customers receive access to a shared analytics environment.
The service includes website analytics, link tracking, tracking pixels, a web-based dashboard, API access, automated daily backups, TLS encryption, and security hardening — as described on our website and applicable to your chosen plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and VPN configuration files. Do not share your WireGuard configuration with unauthorized individuals.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use Tallytics to track websites, applications, and internal tools that you own or have authorization to monitor. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Tallytics is designed with privacy as a core principle:
Analytics data collected through your instance belongs to you. We do not access, sell, share, or monetize your analytics data. We access your instance infrastructure only for maintenance, security updates, and support purposes.
For full details on how we handle data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly in Euros (EUR). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price changes take effect.
We aim to maintain high availability for all customer instances, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may experience occasional downtime due to:
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and communicate any disruptions promptly. The tracking script is designed to fail silently — if the analytics server is temporarily unavailable, your website's performance and functionality will not be affected.

Your data is yours. All analytics data collected through your instance remains your property. You may export your data at any time through the dashboard or API.
You retain all rights to the websites, content, and applications you track using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tallytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay after the grace period. In cases of termination for cause, we will attempt to provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
